"Gorgeous views, TERRIBLE service and no wifi"

Gorgeous views, the hot tub was really nice, the grounds were beautiful and the food at the bar was really nice. Check-in took 2 hours, no wifi in the room, no one came to solve it after three calls. They gave another guest our room and they walked in and our keys were no longer working, took 30 mins to solve. Terrible customer service. They have this vacation club (think new form of Time Share) and if you aren't a part of that then they just don't care about you, despite it being $760 per night!

"Chapel Gone, but Hospitality Endures"

We were married at Highlands Inn 60 years ago, thus the reason for this return. It was a most gracious and gratifying reunion. We left as excited and as happy as we did after our wedding in the chapel and reception in the room now known as Sunset Lounge. Accommodations were superb, eclipsed only by the hospitality of positively everyone with whom we dealt. Wish we had planned to stay longer.
