Overall, the place is just full of problems. Pests in the room (with pictures) the heat wasn't working and temperature was 60 degrees per the thermostat and turning full heat on did nothing and despite 5 polite requests no effort was made by staff. Breakfast "buffet" has plastic utensils, paper plates, and nothing but reheated junk and sugar cereals. Almost as nice as what I'd expect in a frat house. lol. Blinds were broken, Joseph the grouch eventually responded to ask to "discuss" but there was nothing to discuss. No attempt was made to fix the heat. Just generally awful experience for a very horribly pricey hotel. hallways smelled horribly of smoke, super loud, pool area smelled horribly of chlorine. Won't return.

I really liked this hotel because everything was nice. Very well located so you can walked everywhere. I recommend this place. Thank you, guys.

$29 for the parking is too much and the restaurant was not working at dinner so you have to go out.

The hotel is very nice (home 2) staff is kind. It has a lot of Space and you can hace dinner or play inside your room. Nice experience

One of the best Hilton’s I’ve stayed in. I think j the hotel was recently renovated. The lobby, rooms, hallway and even the gym look new. Service is impeccable staff were all helpful. Breakfast was basic but it has all the necessary item. Eggs, sausage, waffles and toast. The rooms were standard sized but they’re clean and new. The toilets, which is important to me is super clean and looks new. Last thing, the hotel smells fresh and new. The room smell fresh and new. That’s the clincher; only reason I gave 4 stars is it’s a tad expensive.

I loved our stay in the hotel ! The rooms and amenities were very nice . Staff were accommodating and pleasant . The room and toilet were spacious . Breakfast had everything I needed to start my day and had a lot of healthy options . My kids even got to use the gym which was open 24 hours . It’s not very far from LA and was perfect for a memorable Christmas moment with my family .

Welcoming and perfect for family. The location it’s perfect because it’s close to all the vocal shops and restaurants. They had events for the family like movie nights and s’mores.
