USThis place was wonderful! Our whole family had a great time with the indoor pool, the hot chocolate bar for kids, the complimentary s'more's and movie nights. We had such a great time. Also everyone was super friendly and accommodating.
The front desk associate Andrea and the supervisor Vanessa are awesome. They are very helpful, friendly and professional. This is me and my family’s first time here. We signed up for the rewards tonight as well. The supervisor had told us all about the rewards and how it works. Thank you God.
USit was very good fresh, clean and everything you want for breakfast
Parking cost 29 dollars a night. Frist night they had the road closed and no way of getting for the people staying there! I reported it to the front desk and got no Responds
Overall VERY good. Room was clean, if on the slightly smaller side. Very modern and fresh, and I really liked the design. The patio is a very nice space, with 6 fire pits. Which is great because the hotel provides a free smores kit which was really fun! They also had movie night with snack in the evening. Spa and pool area were nice and indoor. Breakfast is typical Hampton, nothing to write home about, but also free. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant, no issues. They have nine 6.6kW J1772 (not Tesla) EV chargers and one is reserved for handicapped. They are free but you need to have the ChargePoint app to start the charge (credit card won't work.) Fully charged my battery in 10 hours. So that's great. Some minor nit picks: The beds were firm, bring a humidifier because it is SO dry in the mountains. AC unit is VERY loud. Hallways and elevators were horribly hot! There is NO reason to charge for parking, a lot of hotels are doing this these days for extra revenue. I hate that as it's just a money grab! I knew it was $29 but at check in they didn't say how much it was. Not a big deal, but also at this level hotel unreasonable (outside, no security, gate was open.) I WOULD stay here again for sure. It's not right near the village, but also not far. We liked it.
Amazing hotel. Cozy vibe and nice breakfast in the morning. Room was nice and spacious and very updated. Looks brand new almost. Blackout curtains was a plus. Overall Great stay. And value for money. Only thing I would note was parking was kinda steep for the daily rate.
USWe stayed 10/5-10/9 and can attest to all the comments about the cleanliness of this hotel property. Front desk personnel were terrific. Breakfast had something for everyone in a spacious, bright and open dining area. We travel with an adventure kitty and Hilton is generous with allowing cats not just dogs. This particular hotel restricts pets to first floor rooms. We were fine with that and always appreciate the Hilton pet policy. The room was very clean and had what we needed. The fridge was silent! The king bed was so comfortable that had it not been for wanting to get out in the fresh mountain air, we could have stayed in the bed! Our room (113) was on the side of the building that abuts the adjacent trailer park. Photo shows the area better than anything on the web. The room was quiet! Never heard other people. Slight road traffic from Big Bear Blvd that the windows handled well. Though it got down to the low 30s, those windows kept us warm and we didn't need to use the heater. Awesome. The hotel has a large outdoor courtyard with fire pits, chairs of all types. Interior spaces have modern aesthetic with lots of seating areas. The property is connected to Hilton's Home2Suites and they share amenities. It's is just down the street from Snow Summit for those who take to the slopes. Location is great! We spent our time out in nature by the lake and marsh, walking the trails and taking in the beautify. Easy to pop back in at the hotel for wherever we needed, a snack, nap or whatever and head back out. As for the S'mores? One bag per person per night stay! Sweet!
The hotel was recently remodeled so is nice, we spent 1 week in October there. They have a decent breakfast well worth it of you wake up for it. They have a small but good pool/jacuzzi, we enjoyed it with the kids 2 times while we were here. The hotel is conveniently located near the main strip, almost everything is 1 or 2 miles away. We went on a quick walk to skyview park near the hotel very nice park for the kids and a short walk with no traffic.
