The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock

Love this place ! Perfect for a night or a week ! The spa tub is the best !!

I always enjoy my stays at Split Rock. This is my 4th time there and my second stay at Willowbrook. However, when i got back to my room at night, there were ants on the heating/ac unit . 4 ants total. When i tried calling the front desk i got no answer. I called 3 times. The bed in the room was also broken and slanted so was uncomfortable to sleep in

It will be out last stay at split rock we all looked rooms 4 to be exact paid the same price for them all but all ended up with different rooms, furniture was horrible, microwave was broken and door knob

Waiting an hr and 40 min for my room

Please get maps on Apple working, we spent an HOUR looking for where to go! There were too many options of places, and the maps location was not even close to correct. The room also was just fine, the toilet was hot somehow and put moisture on the seat.

Let me put it…we ended up leaving the property at 10:30 pm due to feeling unsafe. We were planning on staying at the Willowbrook and there was no lock on the main door. So anyone could just walk in. Until they figure out what they are doing with the owners…please don’t stay there. The pictures look a lot better online than they are. And they won’t help you at all at the service desk.

I have an autistic boy and the staff made everything in my stay enjoyable and accommodated our needs .

The property is run down. We stayed in the Willowbrook buildings and they haven’t been updated since they were built. We took pictures that I hope can be posted to show. I don’t want to be that guy complaining but broken lamp shades, bathroom vanity that was broken, two microwaves because the built in one didn’t work. It’s a great location and they are working on the property. The building had almost no one in it. I just don’t understand why they wouldn’t concentrate on filling the better condition rooms. Unless all the rooms are this bad.
