The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock

La habitacion estaba remodelada y muy limpia, el personal fue muy agradable, tiene un gran espacio para estacionarse y no tener problemas. La alberca y actividades que tiene el hotel estan increibles, sin duda alguna regresaria

the room was clean, the facilities throughout the hotel were amazing, everything was very clean and in excellent condition. I loved that it was surrounded by nature and you could go for a walk, there was plenty of parking, the breakfast was incredible.

The room and facilities were in perfect condition, there were too many activities to do and the breakfast was excellent.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities really exceeded our expectations. Whether you're looking for outdoor adventures like hiking or kayaking, or just want to lounge around and recharge, this place has it all.

The room and facilities were perfect, the lobby and check in were great. The check in was very fast and the staff was very nice, everything was excellent of course I would come back.

We were in bldg 3. We reported minor problems in the room to the front desk. Broken floor tiles, broken coffee maker, and shower head. Additionally - except for toilet paper there were no paper products soap or sponge for dish washing and no microwavable plates to use in the microwave. Our family was in Bldg 5 and had an even less favorable experience. There was a fox in the hallway on their floor who in its panic to get out left scat all over the hallway. It took days of complaining to the staff for anyone to clean it. The stench lasted all week. Their showerhead was a trickle of water the microwave did not work and the WiFi would go on and off AND they had to pay a daily “resort fee” even though they did not use any “amenities”. They will definitely not be coming back in the future.

There was plenty of parking, the room was clean and with a great view. The staff was very friendly and the check in was fast, I loved the facilities in the common areas.

We had a wonderful stay!!! the staff was very nice since the moment we first arrived and the room we had was far from all the noise and we could rest in quietness. We tried the mexican food restaurant and we enjoyed it
