The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock

I was disappointed, I rented the room because of the jacuzzi tub, the jets didn’t work

Everything was great

We did not have any hot water in our room. This is the second time we stayed there and that happened!

Beautiful hotel and close to everything. Price was right as well. Only downside is no coffee or ice machine You have to drive for everything

I absolutely loved this place, however, there was ice everywhere and they did not salt the parking lots or the road leading into the facility.

It snowed on Saturday and it was super icy, they didn’t put salt or cleaned the streets at all.. car accidentes people falling.. it was really bad.. but overall the room and the town center was great.

Check -in was fine, room was freezing, door from the room was open when I got inside lobby, no hot water, mouse turds in corner of storage room, which I cleaned myself. I called the resort with no answer, drove from my unit to the front desk, registered my complaint of no hot water, never heard from anyone or got hot water. I have stayed here numerous times- at least 6 times and this was the worst experience I have had here. I know it was a holiday weekend but expected hot water and at least to be acknowledged concerning my hot water. There was also mouse turds in one of the storage closets. Also as I entered my room from the lobby, it was freezing cold, and the door to outside was opened a crack, so not locked which obviously factored into the cold room. I called the front desk numerous times with no answer so drove from my room to the front desk where other customers were also complaining about the cold water. I let the manager know my concerns and never heard from anyone. I know it was a holiday weekend but did not get what I paid for. Going to be hard to go back.

Was amazing

I will NEVER stay here again. No hot water the whole stay. I had to bath my two year old daughter in cold water. The number to the front desk never worked. It always said no agents were available, and god forbid you do get someone they are just as rude and like to hang up on people. Our room keys hardly worked. Tried requesting toilet trees, and just kept getting bed sheets. Overall this place is TERRIBLE. I highly do not recommend.

Absolutely horrible stay , the crib that’s we had recieved had a spider come out of it when we opened it , the couch’s were absolutely terrible and hard as a rock couldn’t even sit on it . The hot tub jets stopped working and we called the front desk over and over with no response ever no matter morning or night no one answered . Also upon arriving to the room it was absolutely freezing walking in and we had our 2 year old with us . We would like Some kind of compensation/reaponse for this as we have paid quite a bit of money to stay which what we thought was an over room than what we stayed in last time !!! We will never stay here again
