Waited in line for 2 hrs I ask for my old that I had before and was given a bad room things was broken, hot water was not working right. I think it’s because I had 2 boys with me and this it’s not the 1st I have rented there and I never had a problem and gave my rooms the way I got with a tip in the envelope and always gotten my deposit back.

Very disappointed in our stay this year. We were never told there would be no kitchen utensils ect. all cabinets were bare of dishes, glasses, silverware, towels, cleaning supplies I could go on. We definitely should have been informed when I booked our stay.

The room was filthy . The air-conditioner ran with noise The entire stay. The pots and Pans were filthy. The phone was completely dead ... I have pics. The Front desk was nice ... DO NOT STAY HERE. and these rooms were $288 a night each room. Contacted the Health Bureau

Great space in the room and the bed was quite comfortable. Wifi was awful so could not watch TV because everything was streaming based.

This hotel was the definition of okay. Seems like it is in an area the is better suited for the summer based on the proximity to the lake. As far as the hotel and rooms go everything seems to be very dated. It was also certainly not the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in either. The room we stayed in had a kitchenette with a brand new fridge but that was about it. The countertops and other appliances looked to be around 20 years old or so. The living room had a fairly large tv and a fireplace (one of those entertainment center electric ones) as well as sectional/pull out bed which was almost comedically uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. As for the bathroom, the toilet would not stop running all day and night and the tub was beyond disgusting.
