The Willowbrook Golf Hotel At Split Rock

Check in was quick but the woman who checked me in did not want to be there. I completed my check in and was out of there. The room was clean and comfortable. This is the fourth time staying as my girls were competing in the gymnastics meet held there over the weekend.

did not know i would be sharing a floor with dogs. appeartanly pet friendly. tub for two jets did not work. sometype of hard foam couch which had to sit upright. no onsite restaurants open just a cafe line of nuke food and the little store attached was sparesely filled at best. online times did not match up and they still had the lake view grill being open which is new mexican restaurant which only had one worker there no customers so we left. i think the whole resort is being renovated as some buildings looked closed with work trucks there. also our building was not secure. there was a scan pad at front but anyone could walk in anytime. even a basic hotel you must scan to get into the building. some type of alrm at front door which could be heard throught building went off 2 nites in a row for 40 minutes and we had to call town center for someone to come and turn off.

The staff was helpful and accommodated us with a room change that was an upgrade!!

We loved our stay at Willowbrook . We didn’t realize it was attached to split rock which granted us use of all amenities! We had a blast bowling and having drinks at the bar. The arcade was fun! So much to do . We did eat at 2 locations on resort property as well and both were excellent! Wish we stayed more than one night and will definitely be back ‘

Very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. Rooms were great and there was a bunch to do. Not sure why it is taking so long to get my $100 back that was the deposit....

The overall look, feel , lack of cleanliness was overwhelming. Though the staff member that checked me in did her best to prep my check in. She can do nothing about the internet issues that delayed my speedy check in at a late hour it’s no one else in the lobby . The old stench of the building my room was i as well as my room was extreme. Sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone ever .

Nice place to stay

the bed was very comfortable and the sofa was very comfortable, the room amenities were amazing, the check in was very fast and they have a great parking space. I would definitely come back to this great hotel.
