Palm Desert Suites

Great stay. Convenient location. Nice pool just outside slider. Had expected 2 single beds but made do with king.

They contacted me 15 minutes after check in time to tell me they double booked my room and they didn’t have a space for me. They offered me the choice to stay at another place I didn’t want to stay at. They claimed they would refund me but that was five days ago. Never got an email or anything. Just call and text. Seems super shady.

Very nice room. The hotel has no office so you get your information for entry and wifi by text. Which is fine, you can text with any questions. The room is clean and has a Keurig coffee pot. Will stay here again soon. Thank you.

Property is not fully secure! I had an another guest walk into my hotel room in middle of the night! Doors on rooms don’t have proper latches. Staff was very unfriendly, and unprofessional when I attempted a get a refund! Sad to stay!

Very basic. Only one hand towel, no washcloths. Large crack under door, had bugs (small cockroaches) in bathroom and in kitchen drawer.

Amazing find...a real gem! From beginning to end I couldn't be more pleased. The room was like a studio apartment with a nice kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, pots, pans and dishware which was so convenient. There is no room service or attached restaurant but there is a grocery store across the street to stock the kitchen and plenty of restaurants and several dining opps within walking distance. The A/C was perfect, kept us nice and cold inside during a scorching heatwave and refreshing resort-like main pool that kept us cool on the outside. TV viewing options were great too with a nice mix of cable, streaming, etc ... and the internet was fast and constant. I work remote so that was truly appreciated. Management and staff were extremely accommodating and very responsive. I needed to check-in early, extend my stay, etc... and YES was always the answer and they always got back to me right away!!! Last but not least, great value - low price with NO hidden parking or resort fees!!!

I booked three nights in the “Luxury suite” once we got there it was obvious it was the wrong room so they eventually moved us but to a same quality room I had to beg for them to refund me my other two nights because we just could not stay more than one night the room was dirty the locks did not work and the people above were stomping luckily we got refunded for the other two nights but they still had the nerve to charge me the first night with the luxury suite pricing horrible experience and pictures are definitely way off do not stay here
