Palm Desert Suites

Good service

I like how they let us check in about two hours early. And they always answer the phone and admit every meeting that we requested.

Nice neighborhood and quiet. We were told to go directly to our suite with the suite number and building. The problem is that it was the wrong building number. Also, there were no pool towels and only two bath towels for two people for a two night stay. Other than that, I think it was a very good value for the money.

This is not a hotel or motel. And there is no registration desk. You text them when you get there, and they send somebody to give you a key to the apartment. The room was large, and had a nice balcony. And it was near everything in Palm Desert.

It was very comfortable and roomy. We can use more towels. There was no kettle for tea or shot glasses for alcohol, but other than that, it was perfect!

A lot drama in the night people arguing in the late night bad experience couldn’t sleep well room were in not good condition it needs a lot work.

I stayed here a couple nights while working in Palm Desert and it was seamless; I showed up in the middle of the night after a long drive and they met me personally with a key

Overall, the property was decent for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the room needed to be swept more thoroughly. Additionally, after I checked out, I realized that I had been given the wrong room type. I had booked an upgraded room, but instead, I received a standard room.

Terrible

Room was fine but the drapes were not black out nor lined…and were floor to ceiling but at least a foot off the ground there were two large lights across the way that shined directly on our room The picture is during the night Our room was completely lit up as if it were daytime Making it extremely hard to sleep Shower was lined with red plastic…… There was a complete kitchen with full size frig stove oven microwave coffee pot But only one coffee cup 4 small glasses and only one drinking glass Overall good place to stay If they would replace the drapes
