Palm Desert Suites

For the most part,it was excellent but the ceiling in our shower was crumbling and the TV options were a pain.

Booked for Coachella. Super overpriced as the room was dirty, some furniture was broken (we need to ask for a couch in the picture they uploaded to Expedia), and we were given almost no toiletries! Weird hotel too as there’s no check in so we can’t drop our luggage in advance. The only positive was it’s very close to Coachella shuttle stop at Alberton’s.

We expected higher prices during the Stagecoach Festival, but our experience at Palm Desert Suites was still disappointing. At 12 PM, we received a call saying our room was ready, so we headed directly to the hotel and arrived at 2:30 PM. At check-in, we were told we’d need to pay an additional $45 to access the room before 4 PM—even though we were specifically told it was ready. This unexpected charge felt like price gouging and left a bad impression. On top of that, the room we booked was advertised as having a pool view, but it did not. The room itself was basic, which was fine for a two-star property, but the misleading details and extra fees made the stay feel less than honest.

had to ask a housekeeper where to check in when first got there they had a flooded office, got to my room for a disaster, no flushing toilet, no cold water at all the room was questionable, I immediately went to ask for another room and NONE available horrrible experience

We had a beautiful room. If we needed something, it was provided.

The room was very nice and comfortable, Check in was a breeze. My only complaint is I forgot to bring a swim suit lol

Had a great stay for stagecoach. Nice and close to the shuttle station!

A great price for a big room with full kitchen, great a/c, and a great location in a very safe area close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!
