It was an easy self checkin, quiet & everything was so nearby. The remodeling is nice & so spacious!

Excellent stay. Great communication. I stayed there for Coachella. It was extremely convenient. The shuttle stop was a short walk away. So were eateries, grocery store, and drug store. Nice pool area great customer service. Will definitley try again.

stayed here for Coachella weekend 1 , it was super close to the shuttles , the rooms were neat and very clean. I would come here again 10/10

The property was definitely different from my usual taste. I however it was clean. The decor was tasteful. It was quiet and it was convenient to dinning and shopping .

The room was extremely old and decrepit. There was no bedside table, the floors were dirty, and there was a hole stuffed with toilet paper on the bathroom wall. It was a to rip off and we would have left if the town hadn’t been sold out for Coachella. Never again!

Our first time here. The rooms are beautiful and service was good. My husband and i live in different cities and rent rooms once a month. We will definitely be back.

Prior to my visit I spoke to the team at the hotel to inquire about late checkout and if they had a shuttle service at their hotel to Coachella. They said I could check out at 2pm and also had shuttle service for us. The weekends of Coachella we asked about the shuttle service and they said it was down the street at the grocery store and that there would be a fee, which was not disclosed when I booked and inquired about it. The day of our check out they said we needed to be out by 11 because they needed the room despite confirming earlier that we could check out later.

It was my husband and my son’s first time in Palm Springs and our stay in Palm Desert made it a super easy drive. Our room was like a luxury studio apartment with a shaded balcony. We only stayed the weekend so there was no need to use the stove or microwave but it’s nice knowing have that option for longer stays. The room was clean and staff were super friendly. We ran an hour past our expected arrival time but we were greeted by Jessica who showed us the way to our room. We will definitely be back.

Room was big, clean and modern. Large TV, hardwood floors and an outside patio. Will be staying again!
