Palm Desert Suites

Great place

lobby was closed due to flooding so things were a bit disconnected. we didn't get room keys, breakfast or any information about checking out. the room was nice

Over all nice place but there is no office and gym.

Nice layout.

We had a lovely located room. The pool was well maintained. David and Jessica were awesome to deal with. Always around to help in a very friendly manner. The floors were dirty, towels were marked and didn’t feel clean. Kitchen was poorly equipped with very light pots that burnt, no dish cloths, no pods.. just little things. Thankfully, David and Jessica got me a wok that I cooked my meals in. It can easily be better property if attention is paid to small details. The furniture around the pool and our patio fur was never wiped. I would stay there again because location was great, studio was nice and bright and the Managers were very accommodating.

Kitchen needed a toaster. Bathroom needed more than one hand towel and one wash cloth for two people.

The room was ver spacious and comfortable. Easy parking. The pool area was amazing with a huge hot tub, heated pool and a regular pool. I will definitely be back again.

The room was beautiful, and spacious, looks just like the photos, nice clean sheets, and kitchen. And the management was more than accommodating. The previous guest overstayed their time, which delayed our check in time, cleaning lady had just started when our check in time started. She left so we could use the space to change for our show which started an hour later. So she came back and cleaned when we left, and the space was spotless. It still had an air of vomit from the previous guest. But probably because there was no time to air out. The next day it was fine. The management allowed us to have a late checkout to accommodate us the next day.

Good location inside could use more furniture like barstools and end tables for bed. Needs larger TV. Closet doors do not open.

I thought the room I had was perfect. So cute and very spacious. The tv is a little too small for such a big wall. Other than that no complaints. I’ll be back.
