Palm Desert Suites

We stayed in one of the luxury suites and it was amazing. The room was clean, remodeled, well decorated, and so spacious. We had a problem with the plumbing one of the days before we headed off to the Stagecoach festival and they came by very quickly to assess the issue and took care of it while we were gone. Would definitely stay here again.

Best in the valley?

Upon arrival there were two individuals waving people down to check in. They led the guest to the room and mentioned they would quickly check on the room to ensure it was ready. Once inside the room, I looked around to ensure it was suitable to stay in. The sheets had stains and hair as well as the mattress cover. The couch itself had stains and other debris that were left from previous guests. The room smelled as if they had sprayed an air freshener to mask the fact that it was indeed not clean. The whole experience is terrible. Glad I checked the room prior to unloading any of my belongings. The photographs on the website are deceiving. Definitely don’t book a room at this location, go elsewhere.

We had a great time. David was very friendly and welcomed us right away. David took care of all of our needs.

We stayed here for Coachella and the price we paid for what we got was not acceptable and the room didn’t meet even basic expectations for cleanliness. When we got back from the festival our first night and pulled back the sheets it looked as if someone had been sleeping in them for weeks. Hair and filth everywhere. We had to call the woman who checked us in who kindly came back at 2am to change them. Despite this the rest of the room remained filthy for the rest of our stay. The lack of basic cleanliness was not acceptable at any price point but much less at hundreds of dollars a night during the festival.

Loved it. Would stay again

Our stay was the best part of the trip! the room included many different amenities that we thoroughly enjoyed. We enjoyed the beautiful weather at the pool which was right outside our room. It was well distanced between the event we were traveling to. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

Room is large and spacious. Staff has been very responsive. Will know more in the morning

I can’t say enough about this Diamond in the desert!! Best stay every time!!
