Breakfast was nice. You also got a small gift bag with snacks when you checked in which was nice. The staff was all really friendly.

Pool was much smaller than the picture. There was also a ton of hair floating in the pool which wasn't great. Need was also very uncomfortable and pillows were flat as pancakes.

Easy to get to property

Ice machine on second floor was broken

Breakfast was OK I was impressed they used real plates and silverware instead of plastic and styrofoam bed was comfortable room was large

It gave the home away from home feeling. Coming and going felt so natural and not awkward

The pool went down and we didn’t find out until check in :( also the elevator here was loud and made me slightly nervous.

Location

The room was dirty and I literally had to clean it myself before I could enjoy my stay. The garbage wasn't emptied and had trash in it from previous guests, pee on the toilet seat, burnt out light in the bathroom and a leak under that bathroom sink that was apparently resolved but not cleaned up. The elevator was broken during my stay on the 3rd floor and there was no communication about it/sign on the elevator. The only staff member that actually greeted me and was helpful was an older lady that was cleaning the 3rd floor as I was leaving. My husband came in to help me being my bags down the stairs and was unfamiliar with the hotel so he asked the front desk staff which stairs to take to get to the 3rd floor and they were no help. They didn't direct him to any stairs and watched him as he came back and just used the staircase they originally told him went to the second floor anyways. Overall the staff seemed very unprofessional and were constantly in and out the front entrance on their cellphones, smoking/vaping in front of guests. Several staff member came and grabbed breakfast from the buffet with guests and took it to the break room by the front desk. I had to hit the bell to check out but the staff was literally on the other side of the wall eating-I've worked in customer service in my 20's and I don't know if there's no management on site or if they think this is quality customer service but I won't be back again.
