Hotel Zindel

Terrible terrible experience. The area was so bad that I had to book another hotel, and this hotel didn’t At least give me a partial refund for the second night. Terrible hotel service as well.

The late 4 pm checkin and early 10am checkout is probably my only complaint. Beyond that, the property was great. Comfortable outside seating to relax. Room was similar to any hotel setup with a bit more kitchen available. The price was about 30-40 cheaper than the same surrounding traditional hotels. The location was perfect right by little Italy. Was bustling at night when I came back from the baseball game. Airport close and traffic but room did okay to muffle noise and offered ear plugs next to the bed. I’d for sure stay here again when looking for value without hassle.

Lost internet for the majority of my stay. Was a work trip so that was difficult

For the most part, this hotel was a good choice. We were disappointed that the photos on the website DID NOT depict the actual amenities. We expected large common areas as depicted on the website. Unfortunately, those images are taken with a wide angle lens and the areas are not even a 10th the size that you think they are. The room we had was okay, it was very noisy (against the 5 freeway), too bright for quality sleep (even with the curtains closed), and the shower (ugh!) NO WATER PRESSURE!! Of all things, this is a must. The positive piece of this stay was the venue we were visiting was only 4 blocks away. We probably will not stay here again.

Parking was a problem. You should have been more transparent about the street parking situation. Everything else was fine.

Didn’t like shared bathroom. Wasn’t aware of that

Loved the location and the style of the hotel. It was exactly what we were looking and can't wait to visit again!

Service was good and the staff was nice. Our room’s fire detector kept beeping which was annoying.

This location should not be called a hotel but rather a hostel. This is not a hotel, there is no staff around and the shared restrooms are inconvenient. It’s overall a nice space but not what was expected.

We had no problems that all everything was easy , simple and enjoyable.
