Hotel Zindel

Great hospitality.

Room was great- bedding was high quality and comfortable. Walk in shower, spacious bathroom was great. Towels were low quality- small, rough and quantity was low. Nice amenities with water, lots of coffee available, outdoor space, wine and chocolate. Parking was not available and it makes it difficult to recommend unless you don’t mind the hassle of finding parking. Next to on ramp to the interstate so it can get noisy.

The communication provided prior to check-in made my arrival and check in super easy. I was greeted upon arrival and offered a glass of wine. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Located right in the heart of little Italy being spoilt for choice when it comes to good food, it was also super easy to get around without a car.

A nightmare trying to gain entry. As, no code was received, and after travelling for the best part of 17 hours, this was the last thing that I needed. Especially as it was getting dark. After spending about 15 minutes on the phone trying various methods of obtaining a code, I was eventually let in, and found a lady at a desk who said she was waiting for me. I was then able to provide her with my details. Self service check in, is not a good idea. Another negative, is that one needs three separate codes. One to access the court yard, another to enter the building, and a third to gain access to ones room. Please, please, simplify things. Furthermore, a colleague had an even worse experience than me, in obtaining access.

The no free parking was really inconvenient, it was nearly impossible to find anywhere to park. The room was okay, it’s very small so be mindful. Our remote didn’t work for the TV! It is right in downtown so very alive and super close walk to food and the ocean!

Beware. Read the fine print. My mistake about the shared bathroom and the late check in (4pm)/ Early check out (10am). It wasn't worth the price.

The lady at the service desk was very kind but the room was a mess. Bathroom door didn't close completely and no one ever came to fix it. Walls are pretty thin and I can hear everything outside my wall including card driving by

The room has a good Samsung tv and a very comfortable bed, if you’re okay with minimal space but a luxury feeling for a cheap price then this is the spot for you. Especially if you’re traveling for work or just in and out of the city I would recommend here. And I can say everything is cleaner than most hotels

Shared Bathroom, I feel like everyone should have there own privacy

Buyer beware, read carefully, never heard of a hotel that shares bathrooms, also no parking so expext to pay $100 to park elsewhere and then get back to so called hotel, should be listed a brothel!!!
