Everything. The worst was smelling weed in my room all night.

Pool and hot tub but we stayed there for 20 days and was only able to swim 2 times bc the rest of the time it was closed due to maintenance. I booked my reservation checked in and then was told to pool was closed and that was the whole reason we picked this hotel. Staff and customer service both had attitudes about my complaint and did not care!! My last day there my room had cockroaches at 2AM the staff just gave us bug spray and said you’ll have to deal with it or leave you not getting another room so we checked out and left.

The property is full at dog poop in front of parking. No one cleans up their dogs poop and staff don’t care if you step in it and walk through the building. I was told to watch where I walk. The pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance and we were only able to swim 2 days out of 20 day stay staff and customer service both had attitudes bc I made a complaint which in turn I believe they lie and said I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door which in fact there are no such signs in the room to put in the door. Staff said that’s why they won’t clean my room. Then after that they said bc my cat was in the room. Everyday I took my cat out of the room from 730am-3pm and still my room was never cleaned. Only 2 time was my room cleaned out of a 20 days stay. That was ONLY when I complained and called them out on their lies about the room sign. The staff also get attitudes with you if you ask question and act like they are insulted when it involves them actually doing their job!!
