This place needs to be condemned. I mistakenly booked a room based on online photos. I should have realized a hotel with a stove would be a hobo paradise in a town like Flint. If you're looking for somewhere to shootup and cook drugs, this is the place to be. If you're trying to sleep, look elsewhere. The only room available was a ground floor room with no locking windows, broken glasses in the floor, yellowed and dirty tub & toilet, drops of blood by the bathroom door, hair in the bed, you name it. When i asked the front desk about the window and the condition of the room, I was offered a screw to jam into the window so i would "feel secure while i slept". I asked for a different room and was denied. A refund was requested and i was told there would be no charge, but wouldnt you know it, I was still charged for the full booking. Called to ask about the issue and was told "Yeah she didnt leave us a note, so we didnt know you left". I'm still trying to get my money back and now have the police involved. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This place is a glorified drug house.

Front desk day staff was very nice.

Most everything. Place was dirty, trash in the hallway, asked for towels for the pool, hot tub and were told no towels available after the cleaning staff leaves.
