Ironworks Building

Apartment well located, walking distance to riverfront, French Quarter, streetcars and WW II Museum. Well furnished, full kitchen, large comfortable bed. Good small coffee and crepe shop on ground floor. Appreciated quick and concerned response from management (as well as one night's refund) when our door code inadvertently given to another guest.

We had trouble several times in attempting to get our door code in email due to inactive link (finally resolved by direct phone call). It was disconcerting to be walked-in on by other guest who was given same door code (but issue was quickly resolved by concerned management). Given the cost of the unit, we were surprised by the low quality of the toilet paper. Wifi password should be posted in unit. Never received any check-out instructions. First Aid kit empty.

Space was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The crepes/coffee shop on first floor was the cherry on top. Centrally located but removed from the noise. Highly recommend

Location was great. Nice apartment that had what we needed.

Parking instructions did not work. We used spot hero and got a better spot for a fair price.

The building, space and location were all exactly what we wanted. There were two couples, and we were all totally comfortable with nice private rooms and each with our own bathroom (only one en suite), plus a great kitchen and sitting area for hanging out pre- and post-dinner.

The location was good, close to the french quarter without being in it. The place was very pleasing with nice wooden floors and other touches. It was also very comfortable.

Bed was great. Flat was very clean and convenient. Staff response quick

Stools adjusted nicely but were uncomfortable for more than a short sit . Living room just big enough for 4.
