"It was unreasonable to pay for a stay that did not meet basic standards."

The location .

I was shocked to find out that the apartment had no windows. It was claustrophobic making it inhabitable and it is unacceptable that this fact was not disclosed during booking . We contacted customer service and after a full day of discussion which impacted our travel plan, we moved out and received only a partial refund on the paid stay.

"Great addition to NOLA, centralized, super clean!"

So clean and spacious in a loft setting. There is a whole kitchen set up in the living room that separates the master and the living room with the bathroom in between. A great NOLA experience that is super walkable. Coffee shop also downstairs to get the morning started. Easy in and out with access codes.

Centrally located, clean, nice appliances, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Great for 1-4 ppl. Coffee Shop below was amazing. Secure key codes where flawless.

Loved the location of the property. It was within 15 minutes of everywhere we needed to go. Parking was more expensive due to the holiday/event weekend. Also, the team was very responsive if we needed anything. I will definitely stay here again!
