I received the code and clear instructions on how to enter the unit and building before check-in. That was a very eaThe location is excellent! It's about a 10-minute walk to the convention center entrance on Julia Street, a 25-minute walk to the French Quarter, and a 20-minute walk to the Superdome.

The walls and windows are very thin. If you're a light sleeper, this isn't the place for you. I could hear everything outside to the point that I checked to see if the windows were open. I also didn't like that the fitness center didn't have any antibacterial wipes to clean the machines after use. I also didn't like that there wasn't an oven mitt in the unit. I also didn't like that I didn't receive a guide for checking out and what to do with the used towels.

This is a five star review. Only complaint was the bed was wonky on the side my husband slept on, and the hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sink was not very hot. The shower was great with hot water, so I thought the sinks' issues was odd I had business meetings at the convention center and Riverside Hilton, and both just took a few minutes to walk to with a MUCH more reasonable price! The neighborhood felt safe, and there were so many restaurants and amenities nearby. Didn't get a chance to try the crepe restaurant and I was so sad not to do that. The place had a lot of noise, but I expected that because it's not a high rise hotel. I would 100% not hesitate for a second to stay here again. We went down to Bourbon St one night and walked back with no issues.

Very pleasant stay! Staff was accommodating and location was great! Would def stay again.

Small property but has everything you need. MAJOR downside was how noisy it was outside all night long. We were woken up constantly due to the noise.

Everything was just awesome, especially the property manager!! It was nice & clean & there’s a nice coffee shop downstairs. I would definitely book again!!

It’s always a nice experience very clean and close walk to everything. I had some minor issues and they were resolved immediately!!

The apartment was large, clean, and comfortable. The location was amazing if you have something at the convention center. Also convenient walking distance to multiple restaurants and the French quarter. They even were even able to help us out with a late checkout!

Very clean and modern also safe and great for business travel.
