Comfortable, great location, clean and secure

Intermittent wifi, lack of windows, cafe downstairs was not open as advertised

Although I wrote several emails I never got the code for the door per email. Having no US phone I needed a friend to call the hotline to get into the apartment. Water in the shower was too cold. Mattress was to soft. Too much noise from the street, windows have no isolation.

´The location is fantastic and the Apartment was really great, and clean too.

The check in was chaotic. I never received check in instructions and needed to call when I was at the door. The people I spoke to, though, were very friendly and helpful. For some reason the key code stopped working and I need to call again, at the door, to get a new one. There was a long process of ID verification before the reservation was confirmed, and for some reason, I had to do this twice. I booked on one credit card, and was then asked to supply another, and was finally billed on both. Again, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and when alerted, I received a refund quickly.

We really enjoyed the stay here and neighborhood! I had to call the office for a question, and they responded quickly and courteously. The building is centrally located for walking to various sites and the hop-on/ off bus. Relaxed vibe and nice restaurants in the neighborhood, including the popular Ironworks Cafe (crepes and coffee) downstairs.

The hallways magnify sounds, especially of people coming back late at night. Doors slam loudly. Signs could remind people to be considerate. Doors need a silencer!

Great location. The Apartment is clean and has everything one would need.

I wasn’t provided the access information on the day of arrival, but I received a rapid response when I rang the management at 1030pm.

Very small bedroom, no room to store suitcases

The apartment was exceptional, beautifully decorated, modern and clean, with very well equipped kitchen. Would 100% recommend and stay there again.

One minor issue, there was no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. No issue in the shower though. But apart from that, everything was great!
