Extremely clean - stayed in honeymoon suite. Nice staff, quiet. No restaurant, but plenty in walking distance in Sister Bay.

Very clean and kept up. Laundry room in case you need to wash anything

Still use keys with room # on it. Not good for security. No irons, just a coffee maker in room with terrible coffee. Not continental breakfast or anything to purchase for breakfast, just a vending machine.

This was our first trip to door County and we are very glad we booked this resort. Three minute walk down to Sister Bay. The pools were great. Andrea and the team did very well for all of our needs. Can’t wait to come back again. Very clean inside and out.

Great location to the strip

Only a king bed and couch available in each room. No coffee or breakfast offered. Our room was barely cleaned between each night’s stay.

The Birchwood Lodge was a nice choice for staying in sister Bay Wisconsin. We enjoyed the spacious room our room overlooked the pool on the second floor and there is also plenty of other amenities available on property. We would stay here again.

Expensive! Not cleaned well! Not enough towels in the room. 3 of us, 2 towels only. No extra sheets in the room for the couch. Zero!!! Nothing! I asked for sheets and I was given a flat sheet and a fitted sheet. I did not get a blanket and had to ask for one. When I was getting the couch ready for my kid I realized there was no pillow or pillowcases. It was too late to ask, front desk closed. I gave her mine and I slept with no pillow. Someone might say not a big deal but if you have an extra couch but zero extra sheets it is an issue. Sorry!

First of all the hallway outside our room smelled of a dead mouse or rodent, i know the smell and thats what it smelled like. Then our room smelled of foot odor. Our room was very outdated, but we knew this when we booked. The ice machine was out of order the first night. The 2nd night the pop machine was out of pepsi. The tv is up too high for viewing and was only a 32 inch. Definately would not stay there again. I would give it 2 out of 5 stars, only because it had a whirlpool tub and decent AC.
