McPherson Inn

Room was mostly clean, bathroom door drug on floor so was hard to close, bathroom sink stained, sheets had bleach damage. Low toilet, sink and bed. But for $50 - you get what you pay for. Staff was courteous.

Beds were old ,lumpy and squeeky.floor was filthy. Door didnt seal and was very noisy ALL night long.curtians were hanging off rod

Facility and grounds were clean and well kept. Room was clean and everything worked as it should.

Don't get a room from this location. Short of a room with two beds and a bathroom, the rest was shocking. There were black stains on the sheets and bedspread. There were three people in this room, my husband, granddaughter, and myself. We had to share a bath towel. There was only one. Our refrigerator leaked. The shower didn't work. The hotel pool hasn't worked in months. We were told to go next door to the other hotel(Holiday Inn) to swim. Come to find out by that hotel it's not allowed. I had a very sad little girl. Bugs in room.

Great local right off from the bypass. Near many food options and other high in hotels. Big open parking lot, easy to acess and right infront of the entrance doors. Very well lighted and felt safe even unloading children in the dark.

Conveniently located. Staff is nice. Hotel itself is aged without much upkeep. My toilet had a black circle around the water level.

Employees were smoking in door way when we arrived, ice machine and pool and hot tub were broke and shut down, and most disgustingly was the sheets on the bed were stained and discolored so we complained about them so the employee gave a new set of sheets so had to remake the bed and the new sheets were worse then the first set… so we were supposed to stay 5 nights we left after the 1 and requested a refund so we could go somewhere else because it was so horrible and not what was advertised!

The staff was amazing and the property was super clean! A huge shout out to the front desk attendant, Justin. My daughter and I were here from Seattle, moving her into her college dorm. We had originally booked at a nearby motel, which turned out to be very “sketchy” and we did not feel comfortable staying there. We walked into this Holiday Inn Express and were greeted by Justin, who was sympathetic and able to immediately get us into a room! He went a step further and called us after we had settled, to make sure the room was okay…definitely an employee who went above and beyond! I would recommend this place over and over again! Thank you for the pleasurable stay!

We stayed there in May. And ice machine and pool were broke. We stayed there again this past weekend and everything is still broke.
