Lots of dead bugs in the room. No hot water!!! I paid on the Expedia app and had to hassle with the staff over payment. They were going to charge me again and when I showed them the receipt they acted like they were doing me a huge favor to not charge me for the room!!!!

Always very friendly. It is a little out dated but very comfortable and the staff is amazing. Look forward to our next stay.

made the reservation many moons ago because of graduation weekend. called to verify facilities especially the pool and spa. upon arrival no water in either and informed by staff that the parts were used on the next door hotel. ice was only available on the 3rd floor of the other hotel next door.this location is in process of shutting down and should be avoided at all costs. owners fault NOT the staff, they did their best

bad attitude of the staff

All the staff is very friendly and helpful. They know the area well so they can offer suggestions if you have any questions. The hotel is a little older, but they keep it very well clean and maintained.

There was no breakfast. No coffee and no one present to talk to. When checking in the lady working couldn’t get off the phone to check us in. Acted like we were inconveniencing her. Ice machine was broken.
