This trip was supposed to cancelled with a full refund.

Nothing.

They have cockroaches. They didn't get me my room I booked kings size bed we didn't get it. They gave us 2 beds. Was not clean. Had to go get someone to fix our TV. No breakfast

I didn’t stay there at all. As soon as you opened the door, there was so many of them. I ended up immediately leaving and going to the owner about it. Explained to him the situation &’ politely asked for

Reserved on hotels.com. Arrived a few minutes later, and a gentleman apologetically explained that there were no rooms available, even though my reservation was pre-paid. Further, the efforts to obtain a refund from hotels.com has been the slowest and most painstaking effort I have seen hotels.com have to do for me. I have had similar problems in the past, having to get a refund, but it always worked out within a few minutes. Several days later, hotels.com customer service has to keep contacting me to ask more questions about the sequence of events at the hotel.

Expedia took my money for a room for one night but when I got there the motel was under construction and had no rooms available. Expedia refused to refund my money but had no problem booking me another $100 room that same night.

There were obvious cockroaches as soon as we opened the door. There was a large hole in the floor board at the head of the bed that we saw as soon as we opened the door. We didn’t go in any further after that. It was awful!!!
