No wfi really rude employees really bad customer service on the phones to find the place

Love it good management

After booking and paying, hotel said there were no rooms so I had to book somewhere else. I am having a hard time getting my money back.

Room smelled horribly. There were homeless people in the parking lot. I used to be a truck driver and stayed in many, many many motel rooms. This was the worst and smelled the worst. I couldn't stay in the room and left to find normal accomodations.

They turned me away. Said to try the place up the street which I dr. Need refund for lack of service ASAP

BUGS, BUGS, BUGS!!! This is the worst place I've EVER stayed! Roaches and bed bugs are just the beginning, there's probably a dozen other species of bugs that I don't know! HORRIBLE, DO NOT STAY HERE! I have a very hard time understanding how any health inspector could let this place stay open! Oh, and the TV didn't work, heat didn't work, and no mirror in the bathroom, if any of that matters above the BUG infestation! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Could not find a way to contact them directly regarding arriving late. I tried for 2 days prior to arrival. I COULD NOT CHECK IN. OFFICE LOCKED. NO RESPONSE TO KNOCKING ON DOOR & RINGING BELL. Ended up staying somewhere else.

False advertising that has allegedly been been addressed by the staff to owner cause me to book a room they do not have. They tried to bait and switch but also apparently have a problem with their computers mixing up all the rooms and bed amounts etc. 10 Minutes of that and before we allowed them to complete the switch because I was tired, we found out there was also roaches at the facility. We left and cancelled. My trip was insured and I still don’t have my money back. The numbers posted in the lobby are not listed and they don’t answer the one that Expedia has on file. So I am stuck without my refund and with a notice from Expedia saying I will hear back in 72 more hours

This property is a short drive to dining and shopping... The downside is that it was not what we expected. We have stayed at this property many a times, but I don't know if its because of the new owners, but there were bedbugs and cockroaches everywhere.. I did go to the desk a few times and they did change the bedding and spray for roaches, but its like the roaches got mad...They were on the walls, ceiling, dresser, they got in my CPAP machine. I asked about refund and there isn't any, so needless to say, our 3 nights, I did not get much sleep. The room wasn't ready when we got their, the maid said she didn't know when we were gonna get there and we had to wait about 1/2 hour for them to put a bed in a room for us because we requested 2 beds. The staff did what they could for us.
