The best part of our trip was staying here with our three young children. We stayed on the top floor. We enjoyed the treats and drinks in the fridge. The view, private onsen, foot bath, and sauna is an experience well worth every penny. Our family loves community and connection… you cant do that with Rakuten because they are purely transactional. However, you can find the connection with kind people in the community. Some parts of the place were dusty because I notice when I pay for a place. The beds were VERY comfortable and we had the best sleep in Japan at this hotel than any other. The accessible areas to explore by just walking out your door is perfection. We love this place so much and hope to return for a longer stay in the near future.

Immaculately clean and organized. Love the view of Mt Fuji from the large windows. Private Onsen overlooking. Mt Fuji was a treat!

As long as you can read an email or scan a QR code, you will be fine. Check-in and check-out process is easy. Location is great, a 7-11 is about a five minute walk. Free drinks in the fridge was a nice step too.

Apartment was nice, so good to have mineral bath and foot bath, very quiet & beautiful views of the lake. Shame no restaurants open at night in the area but 7/11 was close.

The private onsen and the mt Fuji view was unbelievable! Right by a bus stop and a convenience store right across the street. Very spacious, 10/10 would highly recommend

We absolutely loved all the room amenities and gadgets. The view was breathtaking. We would stay here again.
