Room entry card was not working. phone numbers of room service front desk were not working. They were wrongly mentioned on the card kept next to telephone instrument. Room was not having towels & napkins.

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was decent.

I was made to wait 20 minutes at 11 pm (2300 hours) as the room was not ready. The pillows were voluminous (thick) and very uncomfortable. There were mosquitos in the reception area. Very strange because Lemon Tree is a good hotel brand and my earlier stays in other properties have always been good.
