Room was nice and clean. Room service could be improved

This property staffs and services not as per the CLARKS standard. Property is very good with good infra and Room size. But maintaining with local people. Breakfast is not a buffet, need to order with limited options. Time taken to deliver the food also very high.

1. Rooms were good and clean, view from the room was good, a lot of greenery, farm fields. 2. There were a few restaurants near by. 3. It would be a great place for someone who just need a good room to sleep without any services at a good price. Not recommended for family with kids or someone who needs any room service/restaurant.

1. There was no restaurant as such. Even though there seems to be a restaurant they don't serve anything other than breakfast. Even for breakfast they ordered it from somewhere else and served it. No proper room service. For everything they had to order through Zomato/Swiggy. 1. No proper tea bags in room. 3. TV was not working. Had to call someone and he replaced the setup box and then it worked. 4. Hot water takes time; probably because there were only 3 - 4 families in the hotel so we had to keep the tap on for almost 5 minutes. 5. Far from city center - 10 - 12 km. 6. Almost no one was there for any help except the receptionist. 7. No proper toiletries. Shower gel was empty and had to get it refilled.

Location on the farm field

Unclean bedsheet, towel and the cleanliness of the property is very bad for a new property. Worst breakfast.
