Clean hotel with no or low facilities

Kitchen not operational. Breakfast arrange from outside and not on time

The Air-conditioner in one of our room was not working from the time we check. This was informed to the staff but they said it will be ready soon. At late night we found it is still not working. We have to call more than 10 times to get the responsible person over phone. They gave 3 other rooms and the issue was same. When asked the manager asked to inform the Booking.com for the refund. There was no proper responsible staff in the hotel in the night and the staff who was there was only speaking Tamil which was unknown to us. I request to make arrangements to refund the rent as it was a night mare staying without air-condition during this summer season.

Nice and well maintained property . Very comfy and welcoming staff.

No availabity of Food in the restaurant,

There was no drinking water in the room , and who charges for asking water bottles ?? , not the staff responded to giving us bottles , no basic facilities There were bed bugs , mosquitoes, just the worst experience i have ever had in a hotel stay ever Such rude and judgy behaviour of the staff

Location was perfect and easily accessible from the Highway.

There was issue with hot water availability

It’s a budget hotel, nothing more. The property is a newly built one, hence reasonably clean.

1. Frequently during the day, electricity cuts are there 2. Breakfast food is horrible. Sambhar looks like Rasam. Poori & vada are not cooked properly. 3. Nowhere AC works, neither in rooms nor in common areas. 4. And you are paying 6.8k per night with taxes. 5. It’s quite far, 30-40 min drive from Mysore city.
