No kitchen, even they do not have options to serve TEA.

The property and the management were bad, unprofessional. Kids 11-12 years old boys are running the show. Water bottle provided in the room is some local brand(South Star water). Everything was bad there, from checkin to checkout.

Nothing.

Poor staff, very arrogant. Only 3 people are running the property. They are on the reception, in the kitchen, serving food and most of the time out of hotel. They even shout on the customers, very arrogant. No dinner, only idli and Dosa in breakfast for the sake of buffet. Never ever stay at this property.

Worst service. No hot water. No breakfast. No one at the reception table to even contact in case we needed anything. Very rude, arrogant and cold staff. We were first given a room where the bottom glass of the window was broken, which was a safe hazard considering we traveled with kids. Then they pretended they weren’t aware of the broken window, which was impossible. Our room was shifted where the door couldn’t be closed without spraining a muscle. Nothing was done when we complained about it. No water was available in the room. Overall, please stay away from this hotel.

NO restaurant facilities , no housekeeping services , inadequately manned hotel , no power back up , this property is run by mere two or three personnel which is is inadequate , however the personnel that are manning the property are good but they need to realise you can’t run a hotel this way
