The staff was helpful. The property despite being in busy area was still very quiet and really clean.

New hotel. Clean rooms and toilet. Courteous staff. Nice restaurant downstairs though they can add some of the local delicacies. Overall good experience and would recommend. Hope they can keep their high standards for years to come

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were super nice with comfy beds and good ameneties. The staff was very friendly and attentive to the needs of our family. This at an excellent location not too far from the popular ghats. The breakfast and lunch buffets at the restaurant were excellent in terms of variety and quality. Garima and the rest of front desk staff were very helpful in sorting out our reservation issues with hotels.com and planning our visits around the city

Good hotel to stay in !

Property is really clean but service needs to improve all the levels. Listening to customers and communication needs to be improved. I was leaving early morning the next day and I had given cloths for laundry they did laundry late in the evening after asking the manager about status of my cloths. She promised to take care of it but didn’t.
