I like the calmness , location is good if you wanna stay away from the hussle.

Though the location is bit isolated hotel should at least provide a 24hour in house cab service to at least explore near by area .

The breakfast was horrible and stale.

Service not good.. front desk girl gave information which next day according to her convenience changed and said by mistake she is.. not accepted.. highly unprofessional.. we have ordered Dal yellow tadka in the room and they gave Dal makhani which they are not apologetic., non professional attitude

We stayed at Storii by ITC at the end of Nov ’25 as a family (couple with two kids), and the experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel had a wedding on the property with very loud music late into the evening. We had to escalate the issue to the duty manager because this is not what you expect on a family vacation. If they knew they had a wedding booked, they shouldn’t have accepted regular guests. There was no proper response or solution from the team. The breakfast was another letdown. They charge five-star prices, but the buffet looked like something from a budget hotel. The variety was minimal, and even a decent five-star offers more options just in salads than what they had in the entire spread. This doesn’t feel like an ITC experience at all. It’s basically a small boutique property using the ITC name, and guests should be aware before booking. As a side note, we asked for a refund for one of our two nights, and they processed it within two days, which at least helped close the issue. Would not recommend.

The quaint little property is located by the river, hidden from the chaos of the city. Yet everything was easily accessible including taxis, delivery. The staff was extremely polite and took great care of us, right from check in to the check out was a fabulous experience
