Pool was being repaired but we had a private plunge pool in our room

Very nicely tucked away in Moira along the river, the setting is clean, beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The rooms are huge and built US size. Towering doors, beds, showers etc,. The staff and hospitality were excellent on every front, room service, housekeepung and also at the restaurant. All the equipment and plug points worked too. For a quiet place to recharge with friends and do nothing much else, this place is the place to be.

The parking is a bit tight for bigger cars over 4mts so get the smaller car...as this is along the river, there are no shops till you hit town Mapusa which is just 10mins away. This is the first hotel I have ever visited in which the bed faces away from the TV. I found this a bit irritating as I had to spend time on a little couch which I felt had not been given a deep clean in a while. Another little blip was I could not figure out the switches for the lighting too, as I wake up early for my am coffee, I could never find a way without manuplating all the switches to get the coffee table lights on!!...minor techinal glitches which had noting to do with the overall stay but I thought I should bring up.

Liked the friendly staff. Good environment.

Menu should be more extensive. Should have some music /entertainment in the evening to make the atmosphere lively.

The staff was welcoming, helpful. Special mention to Amisha and Bittoo. Wonderful people, took good care of guest requirements. Ensured all the food requirements were met.

This property was selected for peace and tranquil which was ruined completely when they allowed people to party! Pls note, this is a small boutique property with 16-18 rooms only. The pool is right outside the rooms unlike other properties where it is nearer to sprawling lawns. There is no lawn, a small garden maybe. They first allowed a party of 20-25 people to have a pool side party. As mentioned this was right outside the rooms. They occupied the corridors, played music and smoked right outside rooms. There was no place to even walk. Next at night, they allowed for a party in their lounge. Whenever there is a loud party, it is kept away from the rooms in the lawns or maybe lounge if it's away from the other rooms. This was on the same floor. The deafening music started at 8. When asked when it'll stop, we were told by 11. It didn't stop till 12. We went to speak to the front desk and were told, it'll stop in another half hour Max. Finally, we called ITC mainline, who then made this stop. The property management next day said they couldn't have done anything as the other guest were not listening. How can you play a victim?! Also, when during the pool party, I enquired by when would this go on, I was told it'll go on till midnight. How can you possibly play a victim after knowing all their plans. It was your job to stop it. You didn't till the time people actually lost their cool. They did apologise the next day but my vacation was already ruined. Was there for two nights only and one was marred with this experience. You cannot allow such parties in small boutique hotels.

The staff was very helpful and cordial the room size was sufficiently big, the property was quiet & peaceful, the breakfast was good enough for a boutique hotel, the bathroom was very well made. The security would always guide at the time of parking and removal the vehicle from parking.

The room door had a lock which needed maintenance, might break down any time. The parking was slightly limited and cramped for 4 cars. The last 1 KM approach road was slightly too narrow and only one 4 wheeler would be able to go at a time. It was slightly tight for even a car and a bike to pass simultaneously.

One of the best stays. The property is located in serene location, very quiet and beautiful. The rooms are beautifully designed and very spacious.

Would have liked to have facility for fun activities such as a game room.
