More English channels, movies especially. Mattress could be a bit more firmer. Was a bit too soft.

The staff, service and food. the property is excellent, away from noise and disturbance of the city. very relaxing and quite place.

There was a wall in the room that had dampness and dust was falling from that part. For a 5 star property it is expected to get these fixed before guest finds them out.

The environment was quiet with lots of greenery, birds. It left like you were far away from the hustle of city life. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet had quite a bit of choices to choose from.
