Rooms are nice

The bed in the room was very dirty and had not been cleaned. When I requested a change, they only provided another sheet, which was also dirty. The room was filled with a strong tobacco smell, and it was uncomfortable and itchy while sleeping. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and when I inquired, I was told that the Wi-Fi only works in the corridor. Additionally, one staff member behaved very poorly and even used inappropriate language in Hindi. On a positive note, other staff members were polite, but they primarily spoke only Kannada or Telugu, which made communication challenging.

Not at all safe for women at midnight 3 am some drunken ppl banged the door for long time ,which made me very scared I didn't know reception number I could smell cigarette smell in bathroom n until morning I was awake and scared in morning when 7 am when i complained about the issue the hotel ppl denied the issue and we're very rude they debied everything I had booked for three days I Paid half amount I vacated the room I didn't recieve any refund treebo ppl are such idiots who never even shared hotel number with us and they didn't give refund also nor took any action against ,girls please becarefull
