One of the most harrowing experiences I have had with hotels

Pathetic rooms. Badly maintained, unclean, absolutely unclean bedsheets towels , bathroom taps leak and not cleaned . With this kind of experience I decided to check out after 1 night stay ... however customer experience is of least importance to booking.com and the treebo hiland hotel staff.each trying to extract money from the customer and blaming it on the other Despite repeated requests for refund of tariff on early check out no one was bothered
