Wash room and seewage smell

Very good hotel, good location, fast check-in, clean & good size bathroom. Staff/Front-desk person was very polite and humble in serving customers. I will stay in this hotel when I visit Bangalore next time.

Car Parking is limited but not bad, I parked my car inside the hotel.

This place may have been nice ONCE UP ON A TIME (as per the photos). What I experienced was nothing like what I saw in the snaps. TO start with, the key they gave did not work, the phone didnt work and the TV was not working. They gave different key and a changed the set top box. The room is reallly small. I could just stand and walk on the side of the bed. There was a chair and one table in front of the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable, the bathroom and later the room also had some stink. There was no toiletries provided and there was just hand soap foe taking bath as well. The "Breakfast" is someone coming and asking what you wanted between three dishes and you cannot choose more than one or a mix of two (Dosa and one wada for example). The bedsheet was torn and my room was never made when I left for the day. If I was with my family, I would've vacated the room within 5 minutes of entering it.
