Being a new property it is clean

You have to call the service desk to get the air conditioning turned on and even change temperatures. Wifi is terrible and is basically turned off over night . We lost the room key card which should be a easy fix but was told it's rs 400 . The attitude is a bit weird, didn't feel warm , everything was about money and charges . It should be about customer service. No tooth paste and size of the soap provided was a joke ..

Very bad n rude behaviour, within 15 minutes left the hotel. Surprised how booking.com recommended such hotel.No ventilation in room. When asked for other I was advised to go to booking.com. No option to leave the hotel. In future will not get hotel booking through booking.com also.
