Amazing rooms with clean linens. Washrooms were nice We had a comfortable and pleasant stay

Nice and comfy rooms. Toilet bedsheets and trowels were also neat and clean.

It is a newly opened property, Room size was perfect, staff was very helpfull, food was freshly cooked took sum time but was worth waiting, amenities like 24×7 hot water, cattle, wifi ,was perfect , free pick up drop service also available.

I have booked the room at online price 5.700/- aprox including all taxes but it cost me more than 6300/- at final bill while checking out . please resolve the issue.

I booked the triple room for my parents and myself and the room was of great size and the beds very comfy. Bathroom was clean and the staff were very courteous. Location was close to the Katra market and close to many shops for eating and shopping. We ordered food couple of times at the hotel room and it was quite delicious too.

We reached at normal checkin time and still had to wait for sometime for the room to be prepared. The other thing which I did not know and was not made aware of , is that for room cleaning we have to specifically tell the staff beforehand or they do not do it themselves. I had to request for cleaning later during the day and for fresh towels too but there was no major issue with that. Also wifi could have been better.

Control of Heater was not in the room. Room service was unavailable in night time as well.

Staff was good and polite, they helped to arrange reasonable taxi for Airport drop and local site-seeing. They switched on heaters as well in night. Location is also good and easily reachable. Room size was also good, Overall value for money.
