Hotel The Grand Dewan

Nothing, not at all happy with the manger of the hotel Mr Rakesh, neither book through booking.com nor through the hotel website

Mr Rakesh the hotel manger, he is the one who didn’t even helped with the problem issues, I would request other guest not to trust this person. He won’t even receive your callNo hot water in some of the rooms, cleanliness issues- No towels in the room and when provided they were wet mentioning about the laundry problem, 2nd most disappointing this was bed sheets were not changed hairs lying all around I believe laundry problem is not the reason they should provide to the guest, heaters not working properly, need to keep on chasing the reception for the basic needs, serviceses out of the box nothing as mentioned. Breakfast and dinner taste was Ok but again need to keep on chasing the incharged person for the food. No buffet service provided. Not a good location for the stay.

Facilities are in fact very good & High tech. I like the cleanliness of the room & bathroom very much. 24 hour running warm water Value for money The staff's behaviour was very good.

Sitting chair in room & restaurant. Not comfortable chairs. The room electric system is a little bit more advanced & equally confusing. At night time when you are going to sleep lights are still on at the ceiling of the room. I called the reception but they said because of the invertor connection it is not possible to light off the room completely. Management & coordination between staff is also not good although behaviour was good..

Staff was very helpful and nice service. Mr Ajay was very helpful.

Staff, food and cleanliness of the property. Chef Vakil Singh has prepared really nice food.

Location was really great as it is only 5 mins to Katta bus stand. It is just off the main road and surrounding is not the greatest but it does not affect the inside quality of the hotel.

Only staff is good but rest of the service is poor

Room and bathroom is not properly clean . When I entry room, there is dirty blanket and washroom is worst
