Prime Beach Hotel

Food was good selection of buffet food. One beer / larger on draft but it was nice. Cocktails are just typical cheap all inclusive stuff. Entertainment up until 9.30pm is basically for little kids loud music/ kids club kind of thing like baby shark, I like to move it move it. The same play list everynight. No adult music or anything in the evening near the bar or pool areas just the kids playlist ..Entertainment advertised at 9.30 pm just wasn't happening. Eg karaoke night just didn't happen. And Turkish night ? Didn't happen ? Just played Turkish music then did bingo . But in the day had loud good pop summer music around the bars and pool but not in the evening just weird. Only good for little kids but surely they would get board same music every night for them. It was advertised as a TUI 4star plus. I'd argue it's definitely not. And I'll be Writting to TUI about it. The areas were all clean, the hotel looks clean, the food area clean , glass clean etc, didn't see a single fly. Rooms clean however a little dated. It's a safe clean nice hotel but it's definitely not luxury 4star TUI plus. Staff and services was great. Just feel a little bit disappointed with the cocktails and evening entertainment for the price we paid.

We stayed at Prime Beach as a couple for a week in August. Staff - efficient and friendly but didn’t interact much. The receptionist who checked us in wasn’t very welcoming or willing to answer any questions. However, the animation team were enthusiastic and had good banter. Drinks- typical all inclusive sweet sugary and watered down affair. Local spirits, efes draught beer. Cocktails of varying strengths all served in little plastic cups. Lots of options but nothing out of the ordinary for an AI. Loads of fridges with bottled water which you can help yourself to, and hotel fridge stocked daily with water and juice which is good. They do fill up your bottle for you, so I do recommend taking a Stanley bottle with you as the plastic cups are so tiny you have to make multiple trips to the bar, which goes get really busy. Food- lots of variety with a main buffet in addition to a grill station, snack bar, patisserie and my personal favourite, a gozleme station. We preferred the food options outside of the main buffet as we could see them being prepared fresh. Plenty of salads, desserts etc. They did loosely have some sort of theme for dinner in the buffet restaurant but it wasn’t advertised anywhere and even the restaurant staff didn’t know what the theme was so we were left to guess. It was quite repetitive and did get a bit boring, again typical for an all inclusive. When you stay for at least 1 week, you get to make a booking in the a La carte restaurant. Don’t bother. They just serve you the left overs from the main buffet restaurant and it wasn’t very nice. The Italian was shut so I can’t comment on that. Location- 10/10 right on the beach front. We didn’t bother getting up at the crack of dawn to reserve a Sunbed by the pool we headed straight to the beach everyday, where there are loads of available sun beds. There is a separate area for adults only which was perfect for us, though a bit far from the bar. The views of the mountains were stunning. There’s a bus stop right outside that will take you to the harbour, old town and bar street for about 70p and only a 15 min ride away so would definitely recommend that if you want to get out of the hotel. Rooms- very basic. We were originally placed in a disabled room on the ground floor right outside the kids water slides. This was bizarre to say that we are a couple. We were promised that we’d be moved to the other building the next day, but in the end all they could do was move us to a higher floor in the same building, still overlooking the slides. However, The 2nd room was a lot nicer and it was quiet at night time. Spa- 10/10. You do have to pay for treatments but well worth the money. We had a Turkish bath, full body massage and reflexology for £50 each and were there for about 2 hours. A lot cheaper than how much that would cost back home! Evening entertainment- they had a kids disco, with the same songs everyday. We don’t have kids but I can imagine it being quite repetitive for them. This was followed by bingo (pay cash to play) and then some sort of act. There’s a pub upstairs which is pretty dead so you’re more likely to get served quickly and a nightclub too. The nightclub features pit bull’s best hits on repeat and runs until about 1am. If you’re in Turkey for nightlife then head to bar street. Other services- they run a free taxi service to Mr Cheap in ichmeler if you want to do some shopping there, which is really handy. They also have a towel service which is good as it saves you from having to pack them. Overall we had a pleasant stay but it is not a 5* hotel in my opinion. The hotel is better for families than couples, it depends on what you’re expecting from your holiday.

Myself and my husband just got back from Marmaris,it was our first holiday in Turkey and we loved it. The hotel is great, room was actually betetr than I expected and our balcony is the best; we stayed on the 6th floor; room was nice and clean, housekeeping staff done a good job, and one day they also left some roses on the bed,which it was a really nice touch Great selection of food; though breakfast wasn't my favourite (but just a personal preference), lunch and dinner were great,both food selection and desserts Pool bar- cocktails good but not outstanding The watermelon they serve beside the pool is unreal xx and same the icecream Beach was nice and clean And to me the entertainment team was incredibly great, they did such a great job engaging in so many activities,day and night, contests,sports etc both for adults and kids They were so good,friendly and funny I feel bad I don't remember their name very good, I only remember Rosa from entertainment team and Izzettin from dinner, which were such nice and friendly people Definitely coming back to the Resort

Hotel is clean and beautifully kept, staff were all friendly and professional. Separate kids pool with slides is amazing and lifeguards are always on duty when the slides are running which means we felt confident to allow the children to go and use the slides independently. There are plenty of sun beds for guests at the main pool, kids pool and on the beach however watch for guests double reserving beds in the morning to allow them to move over to the other side to be in the sun in the afternoon. Food was incredible - a very high standard for an all inclusive hotel. We loved the grill where you could get freshly cooked meat and fish and then go into the restaurant to get salad etc to go with it. Barista coffee available from 10am until 11pm and the most amazing selection of cakes and pastries every day from 2pm to 6pm. Beach area was beautiful and the water was clear and calm - the sea is surrounded by mountains and isn’t tidal so the children are safe to swim and enjoy their inflatables without worrying about them being taken too far out or drifting too far away. Rooms were a good size and an issue with having our rooms in separate blocks was rectified promptly the morning after arrival. Rooms were cleaned and beds made every day. Entertainment is good and staff were not pushy of you didn’t want to participate. Evening entertainment was finished by 11pm most nights so it’s a good hotel if you are staying with younger children. I would stay at the Prime Beach again, we had a really great holiday here.

I had a fantastic stay at Prime Beach Hotel! The management Mehmet and Esra reached out to me before my arrival, which made me feel very welcome from the start. The staff were incredibly hospitable, the lady at check in was great had a wonderful smile, the food was excellent the variety on offer was unreal, we never thought it could be this amazing everyday the new options. If you love food and want all inclusive trust me this is the place to be. The snack bar the the fruit the drinks, everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I honestly cannot wait to go back, the location is perfect just by the beach. If you like water sports you have that on your doorstep. The Housekeeping team were also great all in all a 10/10 stay.

From start to finish we had a brilliant time at this hotel. Room was lovely over looking the kid’s pool. Rooms cleaned thoroughly each day. Food was lovely with plenty of choice. Entertainment was good and drinks at the bar were great. Bar men were very friendly. Some restaurant staff were lovely except the 2 who were pestering my daughter to go for a walk along the beach with them after they had finished work. Location of hotel is very good . To sum the holiday up my daughter and I had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff: overall very friendly and helpful, bar staff brilliant, reception very helpful Accommodation: Travelled with two families, my family’s room was just about acceptable clean but dated as a family of 4 we was on the top floor at the front of the hotel nice view of the mountains and up and down the strip, very noisy even on the top floor most nights until midnight/ 1am not from the hotel itself but bars opposite, just people enjoying them selfs but tough to ignore the noise when it’s very hot and young kids stirring, air con was decent but leaked every now and then so had to turn it off, the other family we travelled with was in a very small room with 3 single beds the type you’d expect to stay in on a lads holiday, all rooms kept very clean and to a decent standard, we did have a small amount of money get taken £40 which we did receive back as the cleaner thought it was a tip, the people At reception was very helpful with this and the matter was resolved very quickly, unnecessary stress but they was very honest and that was appreciated. Pool: pool size was ok for in the main pool, kept clean, sunbeds was not as much of a issue as previous holidays as you are not allowed to put your towels out before 8am but you’d not people Clock on and suddenly you’d have a large gathering of people waiting on once side for the barrier to be dropped, they would start of walking to the sunbeds calmly once passed the barrier after about 10 seconds it got pretty embarrassing as full grown men and women ( mainly women ) would be boarderline sprinting to the spot they wanted 😂😂 it was quite entertaining but just puts you off people straight away. Kids pool very small and only a small area with a good depth for kids the rest was the same depth as the adult pool Food/ drinks: coffee machine was brilliant, juice machine very very sugary but nice, fizzy drinks decent enough, alcohol was fine. Break fast 4/10, lunch 6/10, dinner 6/10, fairly repetitive but tasty Location: right in the strip, bit of noise from the strip depending on what part of the hotel your in, back of the hotel straight on the the beach 7/10 Locals: friendly but a little pushy with trying there restaurants and getting you in there shops but all this was expected and in my opinion has got better over the years Excursions: we only done the buggy / quad excursion… don’t bother it’s basically a very short ride in a loop with lots of stops for photos you don’t actually get to enjoy the ride, but if a photo shoot on a quad is what your after go for it, the people actually running this excursion was quite rude your in the middle of nowhere so if you want a drink get prepared to pay London prices and the prices for the photos they take if you want there are ridiculous.. honestly don’t bother. Overall personally the holiday was ok and we enjoyed it but we would not come back to this hotel just because we feel there’s better value for money else where, in general it was ok the people was lovely and the hotel was clean just needs some money spent

Mu favourite hotel to go to in Marmaris. Its situated in a great location on the beach front. A beautiful hotel to stay in and has a lovely atmosphere. All the staff are so friendly and helpful especially Cafo and Vedat, would definitely recommend to friends

I have just returned home after spending a week at this hotel with my partner and our 4-month-old baby. Unfortunately, I can confidently say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. To begin with, the customer service was extremely disappointing. One particular member of the bar staff — who appeared to be the main bartender — was consistently rude and dismissive toward guests. He was often seen rolling his eyes, being visibly irritated, and even becoming angry when guests simply ordered drinks. The food quality was very poor. There wasn’t a single meal I genuinely enjoyed. The options were repetitive — mainly chicken served in various sauces — and lacked variety or quality. Soft drinks were flat and watered down, and the juices served at breakfast tasted more like water than actual juice. It was also a struggle to find a table during meal times, and we were repeatedly asked to move due to having a pram. On several occasions, we were seated at the very back of the restaurant and then rushed to vacate the table for other guests. A particularly distressing incident occurred when I was feeding my baby in our room and a member of the housekeeping staff entered without proper notice. Despite asking multiple times for her to return later, she refused to leave and began cleaning the room, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The pool area was overcrowded to the point of chaos. Guests would run early in the morning to secure sunbeds, and navigating the area with a pram was nearly impossible due to how tightly packed everything was. As our flight was in the evening, we asked if it was possible to keep the room for a few additional hours so we could clean, sterilise, and prepare bottles for our baby. This request was denied, and we were made to vacate the room at 12:00 PM, leaving us to wait in the lobby for over six hours until our airport transfer. We were not offered any support or alternative solutions. When we asked about storing bottles in a fridge, we were repeatedly redirected between reception, guest relations, and the bar staff — ultimately receiving no assistance. At no point did the staff demonstrate any willingness to accommodate our needs as a young family. The lack of basic customer service and consideration was astonishing. Overall, our stay was extremely disappointing. The experience was stressful and unpleasant, especially when traveling with an infant. In my opinion, this hotel is far from deserving of a 5-star rating — a 4-star would be generous, based on the service we received.

Came here from Manchester for a little getaway with friends, and honestly… we didn’t want to leave! Prime Beach Hotel has the perfect chill + fun combo. Woke up to sea views every morning, hit the beach in seconds, and the sunsets? Unreal. The staff were super friendly and made us feel right at home. The food was actually really good (loved the local dishes), and the pool area had great energy all day. Also, big shoutout to the cocktail bar – 10/10 vibes at night! If you’re looking for sun, good music, friendly people and a place where you can just relax or party a bit, this is it. Already planning our next trip back!
