Prime Beach Hotel

Highly recommended the lux tattoo shop opposite the hotel , very professional, great proce , they done a great tattoo on my partner and my son , will deffo come back for more 👍

Honest review from a family of 8. Arrived home last night after a great week at prime beach. We got a private transfer as part of the package which was a god send. Reckon it would be a long hard slog on a airport transfer bus as it took us about 1hr 20 with no stops or waiting around. Positives Hotel is beautiful kept really clean and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is plentiful you will never go hungry and has nice extra touches which I feel gives it a nudge towards a 4 star but it's definitely not a 5 star in our opinion. You have access to a restaurant, out door snack bar which towards the end of the holiday they were making you cover up which was abit daft as you were outside in the blistering heat but rules are rules some did some didn't some just left there food and walked away as it was a bit daft. You can also use the jacket potatoe stand with a choice of fillings and a lovely lady making Turkish pancakes. There is also a stand for hot sweetcorn and ice cream. The alacarte is Turkish really nice set meal but a bit flat in regards to atmosphere very very quiet. There is also a lovely coffee shop and bakery which you can use which we felt was a really nice touch lovely area nice views of the beach and relaxing. The entertainment was OK not the best but not the worst either. Great slide pool for the kids they had hours of fun going up and down. Negatives We felt the hotel was noisy of a night but we did end up with really disrespectful neighbours who didn't give a toss about keeping people up. We complained nightly to reception who did come up but this was a nightly occurrence resulting in very little sleep all week. We also didn't manage to get a sunbed all week which is a first for us. Yes there was 8 of us and given we didn't get to sleep until 4am most nights due to the noise the last thing we wanted to do is join the fight for sunbeds at 8am. I presume this does get better in quiter seasons but for us it was a massive issue. Beach isn't the best very stoney and none existent really very cramped due to lack of space. But the water is lovely and warm and nice to cool off in bit quieter than the pool. Recommendations If you are looking for WiFi or to book any trips would highly recommended Batman Wifi Box Rental. Never let us down trips were great value for money definitely worth the money. All in all we had a fab time and would return just not in high season.

We stayed for 9nights and by the third day my son was taken to hospital and kept in overnight they said he had tonsillitis?? He was not himself after that by the 6/7day he got sick bug by the 9th day flying home it was dreadful another three people had caught it and by third day of being home a party of nine of us we’ve all had it We contacted the hotel to make a complaint to the but the hotel told us that they are unaware of anyone else at the hotel being unwell but reading on hear I can clearly see it was a bug or food hygiene at the hotel The amount of times the kids pool was shut due to sick and stool surely is where the bug is being spread I usually wouldn’t even write a review but I feel the hotel needs to sort it out

Beautiful views, beautiful sea, clean hotel, but.... unwilling staff, very poor service, I got the impression that I was there to be constantly in line and the staff were chatting with each other instead of serving. The hotel does not reach a 5* rating in any case. Marmaris is still beautiful and I do not rule out that I will return to the city someday, but never to this hotel. I have been to Turkey 20 times and I was very lucky that I did not experience this. The hotel management should control and train their staff more. They are there for the guests and their comfort, for which they paid. A smile would also be useful...

This is NO WAY a 5 star hotel . I complained how dirty my room was 3 times I had house keeping in and said it would be cleaned the next day and it's still the same. My grandsons touched the mirrors when we arrived 2 weeks later still marked . Sand on floor from beach a WEEK before still there floor not even swept never mind moped , room stunk sewridge. Son had to see doctor with terrible ear infection grandson got ear infection. I will never be returning to marmaris. It's a rip off place to go . Hotel you cannot move around the pool your like sardines have to climb on beds as no room at sides So glad we're going home.

My 14 year old daughter and I stayed at Prime Beach for 1 week. It was fantastic. The food was great and I loved the little pop up stands with corn and melon. I feel like I have turned into a melon I ate that much! The staff are lovely and attentive. My daughter had a ‘bronzing’massage in the spa this was £35, it was a normal massage! You will meet one of the chaps from the sales team for the spa on the first day. Our room was big enough for the 2 of us and were cleaned every day. Now for the sun beds, to me it was like a sardine tin around the main pool which I did not find comfortable. I got up early one morning to get a bed by the main pool and it was claustrophobic to me and very busy. We could always get a bed somewhere, on the beach, by the kids pool or by the spa. This is the only part that let the hotel down. Allowing sun beds to be reserved and some all day and not used, it’s frustrating. Overall we had a great stay.

Had such a lovely time at Prime Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Big thanks to Huda at reception was incredibly friendly and even managed to sort us a last-minute table at the à la carte restaurant. The food was fantastic, and the service team were all smiles, which made the evening even better.Special thanks to Ismail at the bar his cocktails are absolutely spot on, some of the best we’ve had on holiday. The pool can get a bit busy now and then, but we could always find a lounger down on the beach, which was perfect. Everything was clean, the vibe was relaxed, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. Already planning our next visit!

Hotel is jam packed, food is worst quality our family was sick, children caught a bug and we met another 3 family who children were also sick. We asked to speak to the chef and was told we need to speak to the reception. Roma were hardly cleaned, didn’t leave any toilet paper we had to continuous ask for toliet paper. Never cleaned the toliet properly. Staff were mixed some polite others not. Food variety was repetitive. Entertainment hardly any as majority was us entertaining ourselves via karaoke. The music was private by a playlist. Fruits and food was out in the open and not presented to a hygiene standard, they need to be reported to the health and safety authorities. They were serving gone off bread. They don’t change the bed sheets and it has stains.

We stayed at this hotel on an all-inclusive basis and overall had a good experience with a few ups and downs. The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept, with lovely views. Our family room (3 adults and a 4-year-old) was spacious, with comfortable beds and excellent blackout curtains, which made for a good night’s sleep. The water fridges around the resort were always full and a really nice touch. The pool bar had a decent selection of drinks, and the staff were generally helpful. On the downside, the pool area is far too small for the number of guests, which led to the dreaded “sunbed wars.” If you’re not down before 8am when the pool opens, you’ll struggle to get a spot, which was frustrating. The biggest let-down for us was the food. While there was no shortage of choice, unfortunately the quality wasn’t great. Many of the dishes felt like poor imitations of what they were supposed to be (for example, the “curry” really wasn’t one). The snack bar chicken kebab was by far the best option, and the fresh salads each day were lovely — but overall, the food really needs improvement as it did affect our stay. In summary, this hotel has a lot going for it — clean, comfortable rooms, nice views, and good drink options — but the small pool area and disappointing food let it down. With some improvements to the dining experience, it could be an excellent place for a holiday. The ‘photo’ spots on the beach are a really nice touch too.

We had a fantastic stay at Prime Beach Hotel! The staff were brilliant – always friendly and eager to help. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and the bartenders make amazing cocktails. Rooms were spotless, though a bit dated, but it didn’t spoil the experience at all.Special thanks to the Guest Relations guy – always cheerful and attentive. Despite it being quite late, he still helped us find a sunbed in a great spot, which made our day so much more enjoyable. , we spent hours by the pool just soaking up the sun and sipping cocktails everyday. Beautiful hotel and relaxing stay , Can’t wait to come back next year!
