お風呂が無料で家族風呂入れたこと。

外人が働いていてドリンクすらまともに持ってこれなかったこと。 日本語が通じない。 ひとり分かる女のひとがいるけどその人以外日本語大丈夫かも分からない。

"おしゃれなステイ。"

清潔で部屋も広々。大きなテレビもよい。ペットボトルの水も無料で用意してありました。貸し切りの家族風呂も無料で、綺麗でした。ウェルカムドリンクも嬉しかったです。

悪いわけではありませんが、朝食は時間がかかります。もっとカジュアルでも良いかも。

The property looks new and clean. Service was excellent. We were offered private bath for the nights we stayed. No laundry within the facility but there are nearby laundry facilities if you need clothes washed. Would recommend a car if staying in this hotel to explore the Mt. Fuji area.

"綺麗でオシャレなホテル"

御殿場アウトレットから車で約30分、水陸両用KABAバスから車で数分、想像以上にオシャレなホテルでした。ホテル内の家具やお皿も素敵で、スタッフの方の対応もとても丁寧でした。チェックインが遅くなったため、夕食もホテルで頂きゆったりとした時間が過ごせて思い出になりました。雨の週末でしたが、天気が良ければテラスでのお食事もできたと思います。人気のホテルで1泊しか予約できませんでしたが、また行きたいと思わせてくれるホテルでした。 ありがとうございました(^^)

"朝食だけパン選択できたら"

とてもオシャレで可愛いホテルでした。一つ言うなれば、朝食のパンは食パンで良いからチョコ味はやめて欲しかった。所々でトラブルはありましたが、また泊まりたいな、と思うほど素敵なホテルでした。外国人スタッフも皆さん頑張っていて、好感もてました。
