Almeria Hotel

The hotel is modern and nice, the bed was comfy and the private onsen was delightful.

The check in process was unnecessarily long. When we arrived at the hotel to drop our bags off as we were too early to check in, there appeared to only be three staff present. I’m not sure if they were fluent in Japanese but we struggled to communicate with them. The next time around we arrived at the hotel, we were drenched as it rained unexpectedly. Instead of providing good service, they seemed to be more focussed on following their “handbook/procedure”. It took almost half an hour to check in and we were the only ones at the time. Dinner and breakfast were below average and definitely not worth the amount. When we asked what the blend tea was, instead of finding out, the waiting staff just said they didn’t know.

写真ほど大人向けじゃないです。 あと何よりも音がすごく響く。2階の部屋にも関わらず1階のロビーの音が聞こえ、他の部屋のバタンバタンと扉を閉める音で朝起きました。 パートナーの誕生日のため予約しましたが適していなかったなと感じています。

Wonderfully clean and beautifully maintained hotel near the lake in a quiet, secluded spot. The staff is lovely and happy to help with anything you might need. We ate at the hotel one night and went out another night. The menu at the hotel is limited and mainly designed around sets (multi-course meals) but the food was good. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away from noise, traffic, and busy cities. You’d definitely need a car to visit, but it’s a nice experience and the onsen is a big plus.

We really like the private onsen it was very relaxing and very clean, the hotel is new and our room was perfect, we also like the staff they are really friendly , the hotel is very clean , the foods are great we loved it , the plan was to stay just for a night, but we really loved it in here then we extend our stay again for another night. The welcome drinks and fruits everything was perfect .

部屋のトイレのサニタリー入れの袋に 使用済みのナプキンが入っていて、掃除忘れかもしれませんが驚いてしまいました。

Everything! The staff were fabulous when we first arrived, with snacks and drinks offered to us and our bags carried to our rooms. Breakfast was great, the option of a free private onsen and being able to have a drink at the bar each night. The room was absolutely stunning as well. Cannot fault and will definitely stay here again.
