快適なホテルです。 スタッフの方の対応もとても良かったです。 貸切のお風呂も広々していて、ゆっくり入ることができました。 朝食もちょうどいい量でした。 強いて言えば、日本人スタッフがいなかったため、きちんとこちらの言っている事が伝わっているのかと少し気を遣わなければいけなかったため、もう少し日本語が通じるといいなと思いました。 ただ、快適でとても良い旅の時間でした。 また伺いたいですし、おすすめしたいホテルです。

Bij onze boeking zat een gratis uurtje in de privé onsen. Dat was erg fijn en leuk om te ervaren. Verder heel behulpzaam personeel en een degelijke ontbijt! We hadden vanaf het meer (450 meter lopen) een prachtig uitzicht op Mount Fuji en de zonsondergang

Het hotel ligt op een vrij geïsoleerde plek, maar dat wisten we van tevoren. Dus, dat was niet echt een probleem..

"Bien el hotel, regular el personal y el desayuno."

La habitación era preciosa y súper amplia. Unas vistas espectaculares. Todo muy limpio y un jardín precioso con una terraza perfecta para tomar algo.

El personal no sabe inglés y japonés tampoco nos entendimos muy bien. Fue un poco complicado. El desayuno bien pero escaso. Muy lento el servicio, para cada plato había que esperar mucho. No era bufet.

"心地よい別荘体験"

天井が高く、角部屋の為、窓も多く開放感があった。ドライヤーなど備品もよかった。 朝食も静かなテラスでいただけた。

場所的に仕方ないが最初に入った際に虫が部屋にいた。

"Herzliches Service garantiert"

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. So ein herzliches und persönliches Service. Man ist direkt in der Natur und das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und wunderschön, auch blitzsauber. Das Frühstück wurde sehr schnell serviert und schmeckte einmalig. Man kann täglich einen privaten Onsen buchen, der nach unseren Wanderungen immer von Vorteil war. Auch bei Kopfschmerzen bekam ich schnell Hilfe und das Personal sorgten dafür, dass unser Koffer stressfrei und problemlos nach Osaka geliefert wurden. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für das tolle Service und kommen wieder.
