食事がとても美味しかったです

朝食が美味しかった

2泊3日で利用しましたが、中日の朝からの歯磨きセット､小さいタオルがなかった。

Top class facilities and great staff. Beautiful forest setting. Private onsen.

It's a little far from anything if you are not there with a car. Their restaurant is also inflexible, very expensive and the portions are tiny.

トイレやお風呂、寝室など清潔感があって 素晴らしいと思った スタッフが外国の方なのですが親切に対応してくれました ビックリしたのが野生の鹿が普通に宿舎まで下りてきていたので驚きました

飲み物やお菓子などの自動販売機や、ちょっとしたお土産など購入できる売店があると良かったと感じました。

Camas cómodas y desayuno muy rico. Personal muy amable. Nos regalaron una sesión en el hot spring bath. Está muy cerca de algunos de los mejores miradores del Monte Fuyi

Charmant hôtel de 6 chambres seulement mais avec un niveau de services digne d'un grand hôtel. Accueil dès la porte d'entrée où l'on vous donne des chaussons, les chaussures restent à l'entrée. Créneau d'une heure compris dans un onsen privatif, où on nous a autorisé de rester en maillot de bain (je sais ce n'est pas la coutume mais c'est le seul que l'on a pu faire étant avec mon conjoint et mes deux fils de 13 et 20 ans). Chambres avec deux grands lits, pas de lits simples, mais les lits sont très grands et mes garçons n'ont pas rechigné pour le partager. Dîner sur place très agréable (très bons plats de pâtes) et en chaussons ;-) Très bon petit déjeuner. Un hôtel pour prendre son temps et profiter. Bien placé pour aller voir les lacs de cette région (nous étions en voiture).

Ne pas pouvoir profiter de la jolie terrasse qui m'avait, en autre, fait choisir cet hôtel ... il faisait trop frais le soir ! Sinon tout est parfait.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location. Nice atmosphere. We loved having private onsen.

WiFi didn’t work for the whole time. As soon as we moved away from the lobby to our room - it was off. However, the biggest downside to this hotel were staff (or at least most of them). They spoke very little or no English. It was extremely difficult to speak to them. They couldn’t answer to any of our questions. We waited way too long for check in and they appeared really rude (even if they didn’t mean to). I found them badly trained or not trained at all. They seemed like they had no clue what they were doing. We didn’t like the food either. Once we ordered lunch and we wouldn’t recommend it (overpriced as well). Breakfast was repetitive with no choice.
