The Ritz-Carlton Fukuoka

I had a truly wonderful experience at RC Fukuoka — everything was just perfect. From the guest service team at the driveway with their warm hospitality, to the Loyalty Manager Ryota and very friendly Front Desk Agent Lennon, as well as Matias from the bar BAY. I would like to specially thank the amazing Concierge team — Yukie, Shota, and Nami — for their outstanding hospitality and assistance with my entire itinerary planning and for making all the reservations. We thoroughly enjoyed all the restaurants they recommended. The room was so comfortable and clean, the bay view from the corner suite was stunning! First class team! I am looking forward to visit again soon!

大雨のため新幹線の運行がストップし、急遽予約しましたが、ゆっくりと休むことができました。

The view of mountains and sea from the hotel’s vantage was such a good introduction for someone who was in Fukuoka for the first time. The breakfast was really good, especially the Japanese breakfast dishes. I also appreciate the fruit being in the refrigerator rather than exposed. The sunset view at Genjyu was memorable. Ask for the best seat to view sunset at dinner time. Bay also offered a good view and the outdoor area is chill at night. In the guestroom, I appreciates how the wardrobe could be closed off with sliding doors and I always love a WC area all clad in wood! Genjyu’s kaiseki meal was memorable - subtle, umami and fresh; nothing over the top.

Overall amazing stay; nice spacious rooms, attentive and friendly staff in all venues. Perfect location for a city trip.

Nothing, but paying for the use of the swimming pool in this price range is a stretch.

当日、豪雨の為、新幹線が博多駅駅で運休となり、ホテル予約が殺到し、どこのホテルもほぼ満室となっており、あと5部屋なっていて急いで予約して確定しましたが、ホテル側には連絡が入ってなく宿泊はしませんでした。それでも最初から最後まで懇切丁寧な対応をしていただきました。ホテル側には感謝しております。
